Botanicals hail from Leicestershire and began life in 2004. They make a range of skin care, body and bath products, cold pressed and essential oils. All their stuff is free from the usual nasties, cruelty-free and vegan. I've read some really good things about them and I was lucky enough to try their rose and camellia Cleanse and Polish which is for normal, dry and mature skin. (They do a gentle chamomile and marigold range which is for sensitive/problem skin).
Massage gently into skin using circular movements. Remove
with a warm, damp organic face cloth. Use once a week, or whenever your skin
feels lacklustre.
I used this as a hot cloth cleanser which is my favourite way to cleanse. I melted some of the balm between my fingertips, smoothed it on my face and then laid my hot muslin cloth over it a couple of times before removing. I've been using it twice a week for a couple of weeks and I can honestly say it's my favourite exfoliator at the moment. Not only does it smell great but my skin feels amazingly soft and clean afterwards. As it has no water in it, it is concentrated and so you only need a tiny bit at a time which makes the 60g jar a good investment at £24.
I'm definitely converted to the Botanicals range and I'm looking forward to trying more.
