November and December Empties

Here's a job-lot of empties from November and December.

PLANTED SHEA AND COCOA BODY BUTTER

Just beautiful! See my review here

BLOOMTOWN THE ROSE GARDEN HAND AND BODY WASH

I used this one just as hand wash and enjoyed it very much. See my review here

WELEDA LAVENDER BODY OIL

This was my first ever Weleda product, hard to believe I know! My buddy Julie sent me a lovely sample collection of oils. This was a dream to apply after a shower. I'd definitely get the full size.

AWAKE ORGANICS FRANKIN-SENSE DIVINE SERUM

I haven't actually reviewed this at my blog yet, shame on me as it's beautiful. It's silky and light and smells gorgeous.

INDEMNE MISS ELLA LOTION

A mild lotion that I used to remove eye make-up although it should be noted that if you apply too much and get a bit too enthusiastic, it can sting the eyes.

NOM NOM BABY BATH

A lovely gentle wash that I used on my 4 year old.

EVOLVE COTTON FRESH DEODORANT

I'm a regular user of this. It's highly effective but I still have issues with its softness (or lack of). Since I wrote my review back in 2017, I've had pots which have been a lot softer. I use a spatula to scoop it out but it still crumbles somewhat when I rub it between my fingers. However, I would still recommend it.

MONO ROSE AND CUCUMBER CLEANSING OIL

This bad boy hasn't had a review either, tut tut. I received this in a Skin Organics beauty box some time ago and have only just got around to using it. Firstly, it smells divine. Secondly, it's so soothing. It's the first time I've used an actual oil to cleanse, rather than a balm and while I would buy it again, I did feel that make-up wasn't dissolved as well as when using a balm and there was a lot of residue on my cloth. That's not taking anything away from this oil, because it's beautiful and I'd still highly recommend it.

EVOLVE BEAUTY DAILY RENEW FACIAL CREAM

Another lovely one from Evolve. This smells of coconut and while light enough for under make-up, it's also nourishing enough for night time, which I haven't found very often with face creams. Go on, give it a try.

BOTANICALS NOURISH CLEANSE MELT

I've tried a few products from the Nourish range at Botanicals and they are always a delight. This was great to er, melt off make-up and leave skin feeling soft and hydrated.

GREEN PEOPLE ORGANIC CHILDREN BERRY SMOOTHIE SHAMPOO

This is the second product I've tried from the children's range at Green People. (The sun cream was like wallpaper paste). A lovely fruity shampoo with no complaints of tears! I'd definitely buy it again.

FREYA LUNA SHAMPOO

This gorgeous treat is my shampoo of the year although I do have mixed feelings about its ingredients as it contains a palm oil derivative which I am trying my best to avoid, so I don't know if I will buy the full size. The shampoo is beautiful though. I don't even need conditioner after it, that's how good it is.

MALLOW AND WHITE RESTORE FACIAL OIL

This came in a beauty box this year and I've just finished it after opening it on my summer holidays and then forgetting about it. It's a lovely oil, so light and soothing and I'd definitely use it again.

MYROO SKIN BOOST SERUM

There are so many beautiful things about this serum. The scent, the packaging and of course, how it feels when it glides on and leaves your skin perfect. See my review here

THE NATURAL DEO COMPANY LEMON AND GERANIUM

An effective and lovely-smelling deodorant.

ESTELLE AND CHILD HEALTHY GLOW FOUNDATION

This lovely sachet was a new to me Swedish ECOCERT brand sold at Naturisimo. It does give a nice glow as its name suggests and good coverage. I think I'll be trying the full size.

MYROO GENTLE CLEANSER

This was a little sample that did a few uses. Like the other Myroo products I've tried it was gorgeous. I can't get enough of that orange blossom scent. Again, like the Mono oil, it's perhaps not the best to remove make-up, although it's fine with a double cleanse. I'd definitely try it again.

Thank you for reading my final empties post of 2018! x
